Supervisor & Organisation Invitations
Invite supervisors and organisations to oversee your programme.
Inviting a supervisor
From your programme detail page, click Invite Supervisor and enter their email. They will receive an email with a link to accept and be linked to your programme. The invited supervisor must have a verified email and an active Thothly account.
Supervisor permissions
Once linked, a programme supervisor can view your entries within that programme. You can optionally grant them sign-off permission so they can approve shared entries directly.
Inviting an organisation
If your professional development is managed by an organisation (employer, training provider, university), you can invite them to oversee the programme. An organisation admin accepts the invitation on behalf of the org, which then gains seat-based access.
