Supervisor & Organisation Invitations
Invite supervisors and organisations to oversee your programme.
Inviting a supervisor
From your programme detail page, click Invite Supervisor and enter their email. They will receive an email with a link to accept and be linked to your programme. The invited supervisor must have a verified email and an active Thothly account.
Supervisor permissions
Once linked, a programme supervisor can view your entries within that programme. You can optionally grant them sign-off permission so they can approve shared entries directly.
Linking an organisation
If your programme is run by a university or employer, link it to their organisation so their plan covers it. Already a member? Edit the programme and pick the organisation as its primary organisation: it links straight away. Not a member yet? Send a link request from the programme page; an admin or supervisor accepts it and you join as a supervisee. You or an admin can unlink the programme at any time. See Using Thothly with a university.
