Creating a Programme Template
Design reusable programme structures with hour and activity requirements.
Who can create templates?
Organisation administrators and superusers can create programme templates that members can enrol in.
Programme types
Choose from: Registrar, Internship, CPD, or Higher degree pathway. The type determines which fields and tracking options are available.
Defining requirements
Specify the total hours required, along with breakdowns for supervision, CPD, practice, direct client contact, client-related activities, and peer consultation hours. You can also set:
- Minimum and maximum programme duration (weeks).
- Whether supervision hours count toward practice totals.
- Whether active CPD is required vs. passive attendance.
- Annual direct-client-hour minimums.
- Placement-stage tracking.
- Secondary endorsement multipliers for reduced-requirement pathways.
Publishing
Once you are satisfied with the template, mark it as active. It will appear in the programme catalogue and members can start enrolling.
