Organisations
Set up team workspaces, invite members, and manage supervision.
Creating an organisation
Go to Settings > Organisations and click Create Organisation. Provide a name, optional description, and your organisation’s timezone.
Inviting members
Click Invite and enter the new member’s email. You can pre-assign their role (Admin, Supervisor, or Supervisee) and optionally pre-link them to a supervisor.
Roles explained
- Admin — full control: manage members, billing, programme templates, and organisation settings.
- Supervisor — view linked supervisees’ entries and sign off shared logs.
- Supervisee — standard member who logs hours and shares entries.
Supervision links
Within an organisation, admins can set up supervisor ↔ supervisee relationships. A supervisor can also be linked directly (outside any org) via Direct Supervision.
Seat limits
Organisation plans include a seat limit. Admins can see current usage under Settings > Organisation > Members. Deactivating a member frees up a seat.
Organisation defaults
Admins can set default reminder preferences, timezone, and whether share links require one-time code verification for all members.
