Upgrading & Changing Plans
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription.
Upgrading
Go to Settings > Billing and click Change Plan. Select your new tier and complete the checkout. Changes take effect immediately and are prorated — you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing period.
Downgrading
You can downgrade at any time. Your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period, then the lower plan takes over. If your data exceeds the lower plan’s limits, existing entries are preserved but you will not be able to add new ones until you are within the limit.
Cancelling
Cancel from Settings > Billing. You retain full access until the end of the current billing period. Your data is kept for 90 days after cancellation.
Organisation billing
Organisation plans are billed per seat with a minimum of 5 seats. Admins manage seats under Settings > Organisation > Billing.
