Understanding User Roles

Learn about supervisee, supervisor, and administrator roles.

Supervisee (default)

Every new account starts as a supervisee. You can log hours, enrol in programmes, share entries for sign-off, and export your data.

Supervisor

Supervisors can be linked to supervisees — either directly or within an organisation. Linked supervisors can view their supervisees’ entries and sign off on shared logs.

Organisation administrator

Admins manage organisation settings, invite and remove members, assign supervisor relationships, and access organisation-level reports. The user who creates an organisation is automatically its first admin.

Visibility rules

Organisation admins can see all members’ entries. Supervisors see entries from their linked supervisees (and, if enabled, from all supervisees set to “All supervisors” visibility). Supervisees always see only their own data.
