Creating Your Account
Sign up, verify your email, and complete your profile.
Signing up
Visit the Thothly registration page and enter your email address and a secure password. You can also sign up with your Google or Microsoft account for one-click access.
Verifying your email
A verification email will arrive within a few minutes. Click the confirmation link to activate your account. If you do not see the email, check your spam or junk folder. You can request a new verification link from the sign-in page.
Completing your profile
After signing in for the first time you will be prompted to add your full name. This information appears on shared log entries, sign-off requests, and PDF reports, so make sure it matches your professional name.
Onboarding checklist
A short checklist appears on your dashboard to walk you through creating your first programme, logging an entry, and inviting a supervisor. You can dismiss it at any time.
