Email Preferences
Control which email notifications you receive.
Notification categories
Thothly sends emails in three categories:
- Account — verification codes, password resets, and one-time login codes. These are always on and cannot be disabled.
- Workflow — invitations, supervisor requests, and sign-off outcomes. Disabling this category may cause you to miss important collaboration requests.
- Reports & reminders — programme milestone reminders, monthly organisation summaries, and PDF report notifications.
Changing your preferences
Go to Settings > Email Preferences. Toggle each category on or off and click Save.
